A new version of MergeRight is here!  Our 4th major revision of MergeRight, our new MergeRight 2000 Edition™ should meet the needs of customers who want to be able to run MergeRight on a variety of platforms.  As a 100% pure Java application MergeRight Java Edition will run practically everywhere!  

With today's Just In Time compilers with global optimization, MergeRight Java Edition can actually run faster than our version 2 editions based on C++!  To order the product, contact your Prescient Software sales representative, or email to sales@prescient.com.

Also available is our AWT version MergeRight Classic Edition™, This is the version you want if you only have Java 1.1, or find that AWT performance exceeds JFC performance on your platform.

While we are proud of our own publications, we are most proud of what independent reviewers have to say about us.  In this section we include our favorites from memory lane. 

MergeRight is the new name for our product, which first debuted as Merge Ahead.   At a time when  first release uniformly meant  hard to figure out, buggy and hard to use, Merge Ahead broke the mold with extreme ease of use and ease of learning. For this remarkable feat, Merge Ahead received a cover notice in Sun World a favorable review at our introduction.  

Our Founder and Chief Technical Officer, Scott McGregor, remains the lead designer for the MergeRight product line.  McGregor is the President of the Association for Software Design and has achieved some notoriety for his work on Prescient Agents and his SWIFT™ software design method.  Merge Ahead, and MergeRight have been created using  this SWIFT design method which McGregor believes accounts for their ease of use.
