MergeRight is the
new name for our product, which first debuted as Merge Ahead.
At a time when first release uniformly meant hard to figure out, buggy
and hard to use, Merge Ahead broke the mold with extreme ease of use and ease of learning.
For this remarkable feat, Merge Ahead received a cover notice in Sun World a favorable
review at our introduction.
Our Founder and Chief Technical Officer, Scott McGregor, remains the lead designer for the MergeRight product line. McGregor is the President of the Association for Software Design and has achieved some notoriety for his work on Prescient Agents and his SWIFT software design method. Merge Ahead, and MergeRight have been created using this SWIFT design method which McGregor believes accounts for their ease of use.
